This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all purchases made through AARK Creations. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our trusted third-party payment processor. We accept the following payment methods:

• Major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

• Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your device and browser compatibility.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated at checkout.

3. Payment Processing

• Transactions are authorized and charged at the time of purchase.

• Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• For certain transactions, your financial institution may place a temporary authorization hold before final payment is processed. This hold is released automatically once the transaction is confirmed.  Orders will be processed when the hold has been released.

• AARK Creations does not store, access, or retain your full payment information. All payment data is encrypted and securely processed by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).

• Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

4. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes (HST/GST/PST) are calculated and added at checkout in accordance with Canadian tax laws and provincial regulations.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

• AARK Creations offers returns, accepts exchanges and provides refunds, as outlined in our [Returns & Exchanges Policy].

• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only in cases of verified product manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Once processed, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, please verify your card details or contact your bank. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

AARK Creations reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified or processed for security reasons.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

To avoid unnecessary disputes, customers are encouraged to contact us directly at info@aarkcreations.ca if any payment issue arises.

Unauthorized chargebacks or false claims may result in suspension of purchasing privileges or further action to recover funds.

8. Currency and Pricing Accuracy

All custom handcrafted product prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without prior notice.

While AARK Creations strives for accuracy, typographical or pricing errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order prior to fulfillment with notice to the customer.

All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Any currency conversion displayed on your device or browser is for reference only.

9. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Store credit or gift cards issued by AARK Creations are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may only be used toward purchases made directly through our website.

Gift cards and store credits cannot be redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

10. Security and Privacy

Your payment details are processed exclusively through Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 — the highest level of certification available.

We do not have access to your complete payment information.

AARK Creations will never request payment information or login credentials via email or social media. All transactions occur only through our secure website checkout.
