AARK Creations Inc. – Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Overview

AARK Creations is committed to providing high-quality, Custom Handcrafted Jewellery pieces made to your specifications. Each item is carefully produced to meet our craftsmanship standards. As all products are custom-made, we offer limited store credits on returns, and refunds or exchanges under specific circumstances as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

• The item received is defective or damaged during the crafting or packaging process.

• The item received differs from what was originally ordered (e.g., incorrect product or variant).

All exchange requests must meet the following requirements:

• The request must be submitted within 3 calendar days of receiving the order.

• The item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging, including all enclosed documentation, certificates, and accessories.

• Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation and/or receipt) is required.

AARK Creations reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet these criteria. Exchange items will be the same as what was originally ordered. Photographic verification is required for all damage or defect claims prior to approval.

3. Non‑Exchangeable and Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange:

• Sale or promotional items.

• Gift cards.

• Earrings, due to hygiene considerations.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact info@aarkcreations.ca with your order number, photographs of the item, and a description of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization code to be included with the return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect item shipment. All return shipments must include tracking information and appropriate insurance coverage.

All items are custom made-to-order pieces, a 50% restocking fee applies to all returns not resulting from a verified defect or error by AARK Creations.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

1. Notify AARK Creations within 3 calendar days of delivery.

2. Clear photographic verification of the item and packaging must be provided for all damage or defect claims prior to approval for an exchange or store credit.

3. Once approved, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

4. If a replacement cannot be provided a store credit or refund will be issued at AARK Creations’ discretion.

All defective or damaged items must be returned for inspection before any replacement, store credit or refund is processed.

6. Return Shipping Address

AARK Creations will provide the designated return shipping address and instructions once an exchange request is approved. Do not return any items before receiving authorization.

AARK Creations is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. Customers are required to use insured, trackable shipping services.

7. Processing Time

Exchanges for damaged or defective pieces are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected; however, additional time may be required if the replacement involves crafting a new, made‑to‑order custom piece. Customers will receive email confirmation when processing is complete.

All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.

8. Condition Upon Return

Returned items must show no signs of wear, alteration, or damage. Items received in unsellable condition may be refused or subject to an appropriate restocking fee. AARK Creations reserves the right to determine the condition of returned merchandise and applicable restocking fee if such applies.

9. Quality and Product Variations

Because AARK Creations’ jewellery is custom handcrafted and often incorporates natural gemstones, slight variations in colour, size, or pattern may occur. These are considered natural characteristics and are not defects.

10. Additional Conditions

AARK Creations is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. All returns should be shipped using a trackable, insured method. Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or non manufacturing damage may be refused or subject to a discretionary restocking fee. Where an exchange is not feasible, store credit may be offered at AARK Creations’ discretion.
