AARK Creations Inc. – Shipping Policy

1. Overview

AARK Creations is dedicated to ensuring that every custom handcrafted jewellery piece arrives safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our standard rates, delivery timelines, and responsibilities once your order leaves our studio.

AARK Creations uses minimal and recyclable packaging materials where possible to reduce environmental impact.

2. Shipping Rates

We currently ship within Canada using trusted courier services (not Canada Post). Our flat-rate pricing structure is as follows:

• Ontario and Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Manitoba and Prince Edward Island Free shipping.

• British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Newfoundland & Labrador: $30 flat rate shipping. Free shipping on orders over $250

Shipping rates are applied at checkout. Oversized or restricted items may require alternate arrangements and may incur additional shipping costs.

3. Processing Time

All AARK Creations custom handcrafted products are made to order. Orders are typically crafted and prepared for shipment within 3–4 business days per piece after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Customers receive an Order Confirmation after purchase and a separate Shipping Confirmation once the order has been dispatched. Orders confirmed after 4:00 p.m. EST will begin processing on the next business day.

If your order includes multiple pieces, all items will ship together once the entire order is complete unless otherwise requested and approved by AARK Creations. For multi-item orders, all pieces are typically consolidated into a single shipment to minimize handling and maintain quality assurance.

4. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard delivery across Canada generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination and courier conditions.

• Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.

• Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. International Shipping

At this time, AARK Creations ships only within Canada. International customers may contact info@aarkcreations.ca to discuss possible exceptions or future availability.

6. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO boxes.

• Signature on delivery may be required for higher-value shipments.

• Certain oversized or restricted items may require alternate shipping arrangements.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

All shipments are insured for the value of your order. While AARK Creations takes care in packaging every item securely, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier services after dispatch.

If your package arrives damaged:

1. Report the issue to info@aarkcreations.ca within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Include photographs of the damaged packaging and item.

3. Once reviewed, we will work directly with the courier to resolve the claim.

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in opening a courier investigation. Replacement or store credit will be issued once the claim is confirmed and processed.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address provided. Couriers may leave parcels at the destination if safe-drop is permitted under their policy. Packages returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery will incur reshipment costs.

9. Order Tracking and Communication

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the courier’s website.

10. Delivery Delays and Exceptions

Occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or supply constraints. AARK Creations cannot guarantee specific delivery dates but will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely fulfillment. We appreciate your understanding that custom made-to-order handcrafted production timelines can fluctuate slightly.

During holidays, peak seasons, or promotional events, delivery times may extend beyond normal estimates.
